Delivery Information
1. Delivery Only – No Collections
Our facility is a secure warehouse designed for logistics and order fulfilment and is not open to the public. We do not offer collections or in-person pickups. All orders are shipped via our approved courier partners.
2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We deliver throughout South Africa. During checkout, you can select the delivery option best suited to your location.
- Door-to-Door Delivery: Delivery directly to your home or business address. This service is generally available to urban and suburban areas and may not be suitable for farms, remote areas, or certain township locations.
- Locker / Depot Collection: Customers located in remote areas, or those who prefer greater flexibility, may choose delivery to a designated courier locker or local courier depot where available.
- Domestic Courier Insurance: Standard shipping charges do not include optional transit insurance covering theft or accidental loss. Transit insurance can be arranged upon request at an additional cost prior to dispatch.
3. International Shipping
We supply customers worldwide. International shipping is available on request.
- International Orders: International shipments are arranged through approved international couriers and freight partners.
- Shipping Quotes: International shipping costs are calculated individually. Please contact us with your delivery address before placing an order so that we can provide a quotation.
- Import Duties & Taxes: The purchaser is responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
- Compliance: It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the products may be legally imported, possessed, and used in the destination country and that all applicable laws and regulations are complied with.
- Transit Insurance: International shipments are fully insured during transit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Delivery Lead Times
Many of our products are specialist or factory-built equipment and may be manufactured or prepared specifically for your order.
- Estimated Lead Time: Delivery times vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Typical lead times range between 3 and 6 weeks. Certain custom-built or factory-order products may require longer.
- Availability: Product availability and estimated delivery times are subject to manufacturer stock availability and may change without prior notice.
- Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment.
- Risk & Ownership: Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser once the shipment has been delivered and signed for at the delivery address provided. Ownership of the goods remains with SpeedGuns until payment has been received in full.
Important Information
Delivery Inspection: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or signs of tampering should be noted with the courier immediately. Photographs of the parcel, packaging, and any damaged contents should be taken and reported to SpeedGuns within 48 hours of delivery.
All delivery times provided are estimates only and are subject to manufacturer production schedules, courier availability, customs clearance (where applicable), public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, SpeedGuns cannot be held liable for delays caused by third parties or events outside our control.
