Delivery Information

1. No Collections / In-Person Pickups

Our facility is a closed warehouse optimized for logistics and is not equipped for public access or retail foot traffic. All orders must be delivered via our approved courier partners.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship nationwide within South Africa. During checkout, you can choose the delivery method that best suits your location:

Door-to-Door: Delivery directly to your home or office address.
Locker/Depot: For customers in remote areas or those who prefer flexible pickup, we can ship to a designated locker or local courier depot.

3. International Shipping

All items are available for international export.

On-Request Only: International shipping is handled via third-party global comapnies and couriers.
Quotes: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated manually. Please contact us directly with your delivery address to receive a custom shipping quote before placing your order.
Duties & Taxes: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearances in the destination country.

4. Delivery Lead Times (ETA)

Please note that our products are specialized equipment.

Custom Orders: Some items are manufactured on order to ensure the latest calibration and hardware standards.
Lead Time: Depending on the specific product, delivery can take between 3 to 6 weeks.
Tracking: Once your order has been manufactured and handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
